HER MOUTH

Below her mouth
Lies a spirit
So enticing
Below her mouth
No one can
Find it resisting.
The eyes
Fixed upon her lips
Below her mouth
The taste is like honey
The manner  her lips move
When kissing
Is like a tree
Being blown by the breeze
I looked at it
My eyes unable
to move beyond,
What lay in my mind
Was beyond redemption

In a noose with hugs I’ve done had my fair share of flesh I never found a heart while clinging to their b...

Africa

We were saved, we were rescued, By no other but us. We fought,  we won, What gave us strength our love , our blood. We lived for them, but now for us We toiled,  we worked. Like machines of the time, And no one thought we needed repair. We hoped, we saw,  a time with God Where there is no work Heaven was our home, our hope of the time When we return to the dust I love us, we are strong United by blood and a sane mind To build our home Africa Make it like heaven. ©Anthony Amanso
